Breakfast!
So my biggest eating problem was breakfast. I hated eating it, and when I would I would ONLY eat a hot breakfast. However, since I had hardly any time to make food, I often ate fast food breakfasts. Definitely not the healthiest thing ever. My amazing roommate, however, introduced me to this awesome breakfast that is warm, healthy, and most importantly, FILLING! It's called, Eggs in a Basket, and yes, I am eating it while I am writing it. How do you make this magical breakfast? Oh yeah, it's also easy! For sure! Take 2 pieces of whole wheat bread (or other healthy bread... no white you naughty cheaters) and use something round (we use a small cup) to cut a hole in the center (don't cut through the crusts!). After that, put it on a greased frying pan that's on Medium High. Make sure you but the centers on there too, so you get them good and toasted. When the first side gets somewhat crispy, flip the holed bread. Crack an egg in the hole in the center and let it fry. After the white is done enough that it won't break with a spatula, flip it. When it's as done as you want, take it off and enjoy! My roommate puts jam on her toast centers, I dip mine in the yolk! I like mine with orange juice, but your beverage is your choice!

A New Discovery
Oh! And while I have you reading, check out this new blog I found. It's just getting started, but I think it should be fun! It's a friend of a friend of a friend's blog, so I sorta didn't 'stumble' upon it, but I wanted to support the girl too

YIPES!
Has it been WAYYYYYY too long since I posted? I vote yes. Evidently sadness/depression (I hesitate to use the word depression since I do not have clinical depression, but was rather in a depressed mood) cause loss of motivation. Who'da thunkit? But now, my life is back on track! I moved in with a roommate who is not only amazing but will surely change my life for the better! Already I am eating at home way more often because if I don't have time to make food, she does! She has also introduced me to new eating habits and new friends. I get out more, that's for sure. Also, we will walk/bike to school together instead of driving. I want to start running with her, even though I know it will be difficult to keep up with her tiny self. I guess I decided to repost today because I had an AWESOME discovery! I went out of town last night and spent the night at the hotel. Now I'm sure we all know those tiny hotel towels that could barely cover one boob on some people. Yeah, well usually those would cover about 75-80% of me, with a huge space that I always tried to put at a hip when I was around not family. Well today, the towel covered almost all of me with just a little split! And I haven't even been trying that hard! It's a great feeling, and I cannot wait to continue writing about my success. OF course, I'll also include some of the reasons I know I have been losing, but it would take too long to post in one post.
